FAQ's


 

1. How is my order packaged?

Every order comes carefully packed in one of our custom Beaut Boxes. We use recycled brown crinkle cut to keep everything wedged in well so there is minimal moving in transit. We use a beautiful soft custom tissue and seal with a sticker. The custom card you choose, will be hand written and the first thing that is seen when the box is opened. We also have a special note inside the box lid that reads "This Beaut Box was made especially for......". Each box is then wrapped in bubble wrap, the put in a satchel.

2. Can I request a same day pick up/delivery.

If you are in Sydney and need your gift urgently, we may be able to arrange same day delivery or you are able to pick up from Sydney CBD. This is not guaranteed over the weekends. We offer same day/urgent delivery within 5km to Sydney CBD.

3. Can I order multiple Beaut Boxes for an event?

Yes, of course we will make this happen for you. Be sure to give us enough notice to ensure we have enough of the goodies you would like.

4. There are shipping delays, what can I do?

Hang in there, every now and then deliveries are delayed. This is out of our control. We do our best to make sure you receive your goods as soon as possible. 

5. When are orders sent?

Orders are sent around 8am every week day. If you place your order Friday-Sunday, expect for your package to be sent the next business day. (Unless you choose an express post or urgent option). If you order before 5pm you can consider your order sent the following day. If order is made from 5pm onwards, we do our best to make sure it can be made up and sent off with the next days orders, but this cannot be guaranteed. 6. Are refunds an option?

As most of our gifts are handmade, wearable, or eatable, we do not offer refunds. If there are any issues with your purchase, please send pictures immediately so we can investigate with the delivery company and the handling during transit. We do not cover return shipping costs.
